The United States Latino American Chamber of Commerce (USLACC) is headquartered in Los Angeles, California, USA, and was founded in 2009 by Dr. Manolo Cevallos, a seasoned chamber executive with over 20 years of experience in chamber of commerce leadership.

Dr. Cevallos has had the unique distinction of developing, creating, and co-founding three Chambers of Commerce, in addition to serving for 15 years as an active member of the California State Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (CHCC).

USLACC Africa is the African arm of the United States Latino American Chamber of Commerce (USLACC), headquartered in Los Angeles, California, USA. The expansion of USLACC into Africa, including Nigeria, was established to create dynamic trade linkages and unlock the continent’s vast business and investment opportunities.

The Africa chapter is led by Ambassador Ifeoma Mary Ejiogu, a distinguished Nigerian leader, artist, and creativity advocate. She was formally appointed in Los Angeles, California, to spearhead initiatives that drive Africa’s economic growth, strengthen trade and investment relations, and foster cross-border collaboration guided by the vision of USLACC President and CEO, Dr. Manolo Cevallos.
