The Smart Technology Training and Money-Making Program (STTMMP) is a flagship initiative of USLACC Africa, the African arm of the United States Latino American Chamber of Commerce (USLACC). Headquartered in Los Angeles, California, USA.
USLACC expanded into Africa, including Nigeria, to foster dynamic trade linkages and unlock the continent’s immense business and investment opportunities.

STTMMP embodies USLACC Africa’s commitment to economic empowerment, using integrated agriculture and modern technology to alleviate poverty. It is driven by the Movement for Economic Empowerment and Growth in Africa (MEEGA), a strategic development initiative focused on key pillars including education, agriculture, security, global market access, skills acquisition, and turnkey projects.
These platforms have provided African participants with critical knowledge, access to SME financing, and direct connections to global markets across diverse sectors. USLACC Africa continues to create opportunities for foreign direct investment, project financing, business development, empowerment, education, tourism, smart infrastructure development, and digital transformation, contributing meaningfully to Africa’s sustainable economic advancement.
Under the leadership of Ambassador Ifeoma Mary Ejiogu, a distinguished Nigerian leader and creativity advocate, USLACC Africa launched MEEGA to accelerate inclusive and sustainable growth across the continent. We operate as a strategic business and investment platform, advocating for and facilitating the integration of African enterprises into the global economy.
