Introduction
In an era where technology drives economic development and innovation, empowering the youth of Africa with the right skills and resources is vital for the continent’s progress. The $100 Billion Youth Endowment Fund aims to provide significant financial backing to foster technology development and skill acquisition among African youth, creating a generation of innovative leaders capable of transforming their communities and nations.
Background
Africa is home to the youngest population globally, with over 60% of its populace under the age of 25. While this presents immense potential, it also poses challenges, including high unemployment and limited access to technology and education. With the vision of Ambassador Ifeoma Mary Ejiogu to cultivate critical and creative thinkers, innovators, inventors, and manufacturers of electronics, machinery, and essential products among African youths. The goal is to create a thriving innovation ecosystem in Africa, leveraging technology to drive growth and development. To achieve this, there will be an increasing reliance on technology, and youths must be equipped with relevant skills and knowledge.

Dr. Manolo Cevallos
Statement of the Visionary
Africa is a land of boundless opportunities, rich in mineral resources, talents, and intellectuals. Sadly today, too many African youths find themselves on the streets of America, Europe, Canada, and Asia, in search of greener pastures.
This unfortunate reality perpetuates brain drain and brain waste, jeopardizing the future of our continent. Losing these vibrant, young minds due to harsh conditions of poverty, joblessness, hardship etc, means the hope of Africa is in danger because these highly intellectuals couldn’t find enabling environment to exercise and optimize their carriers, due to lack of industries, factories, companies and essential amenities.
The 50 Million African Youths Endowment Fund signifies a pivotal moment in our journey toward unlocking potential doors and ensuring sustainable development and industrialization across the continent.
We are promoting youth development for inclusiveness in Africa’s developmental process, knowing that their inclusion is key to driving change and building a prosperous tomorrow as inventors, innovators, creators and manufacturers.
I look forward to the collaboration with the African leaders, Africans in diaspora, lovers of Africa, spirited humanities and we ask for it to promote self sufficiency in Africa.
Together, we can make a lasting impact.
Amb. Ifeoma Ejiogu
